We get this question a lot. If you are thinking about
building and have a general idea of your layout, contact us and
we will be more than happy to provide you with a ballpark
figure. The larger your building, the lower the per square
foot cost. Alternatively, the more complex your building,
the higher your per square foot cost. A simple warehouse
design for a single floor can cost anywhere from under $15 to
over $35 per
square foot installed in Nassau.
